Social Media Powerpoint

In my Emerging technology class we did a project on different social media. Everybody presentation was great and I even learn about other social media that I didn’t even know about. For example LinkedIn seem like a very professional website that help your business. Interest is good and creative site that teach you how create awesome things. Meet up is social site where you can meet people with similar interest that you have and it’s better accurate. I believe Instagram, Facebook, Twitter is all the same thing easy to learn how to use and it’s a great tool. Patients like me from what I seen is more like research social media and they ask a lot of personal question and I understand why but is the fear of my information being used for research.

Delicious vs Google

In my eyes there were no comparson. I believe Google was way better. it shows me tons of result and even picture and videos. Delicious is okay that a member wants to make sure are organized somewhere for convenient and quick access, but google has it own bookmark. Google also lacking the social network that delicious has.

What the Difference BTW Blogger vs Wordpress?

There are some Pros and Cons to them and let me start with Blogger. The Pro are it's free, and its Easy to use. You also have google advantages meaning different google plugins, robust hosting so you wont experience down time as much,security, and google web properties. The downside is and i thank its the most important one is that you DO NOT OWN IT GOOGLE DOES! and limted in design wise. Now Wordpress also have some Pros and Cons for example, you can control the look and the feel of your blog also it can be free and easy to use. The Cons  is that when you use the free vierson you are limted to so much you can do. The last thing you are not allowed to install any plugins to extend the functionality of your blog so basically, you are stuck with what they give you unless you pay for fancy extras. Overall the choice is yours.
